In my school days, I was crazy about biology. Even before the teacher finished one chapter, I’d read the next five. It wasn’t homework that made me study; it was my deep interest in the subject.

Sometimes verbal communication leaves out a lot of information because the time-pressed caregiver would have to dumb down a lot of information for the patient.
